2025-2028 Contract
3/17/25: A majority of members of the INDG Guild voted to ratify a new three year contract with Bloomberg INDG management for both the home and correspondents’ units. The agreements provide new protections and higher pay for INDG staffers. The agreements would last three years until February 29, 2028.

2024 RTO MOU
The Guild and Bloomberg Industry Group reached a Memorandum of Understanding in December 2023 regarding INDG’s plans to require employees to report to the office 4 days-a-week. As required under the 2022-2025 contract, INDG leadership met with the Guild and agreed on additional benefits and flexibilities for employees following this shift. 2022-2025 Contract
The Guild and Bloomberg Industry Group signed a 3-year labor agreement in March 2022. This current contract went into effect on March 11, 2022 and is set to expire on March 11, 2025. You can view the full contract here.
2019-2022 Contract
